HMO's (housing in multiple occupation) are one of our specialities, HMO's are single properties divided up to allow multiple people to rent a single room each and to share "common rooms" such as living areas and kitchens.
Due to the large amount of people that can be accomodated under one roof (all paying seperate rents) HMO's provide the opportunity to really increase cash flow, if you would like to get involved with one of our upcoming HMO properties then please feel free to get in touch so we can discuss further.
